as healthcare, IT, construction, finance, or hospitality/event planning. Next,
imagine you are consulting for an organization in that industry that currently
does not have a formal process/centralized approach to project management, and
you would like to help them establish a PMO/VDO. With this context in mind,
develop a 15–20-page research paper, NOT including the title and reference pages,
that summarizes the current status of the industry and suggests the implementation
of a PMO/VDO.
The paper will contain sections on key project
management topics that a PMO/VDO should establish, such as ways of working, value
delivery, benefits realization, selection & evaluation of projects, and
organization of programs & portfolios.
Evaluate these topics through a Christian worldview. A
minimum of 20 references will be included with at least 10 of those being
scholarly references, in addition to the Bible, PMBOK, and the textbook. The
paper will require a title page, abstract, and reference page and will be
developed over the two modules/weeks focusing upon program (module 6) and
