you will be analyzing Schofield’s case, both on your own, and by using BoneYard

you will be analyzing Schofield’s case, both on your own, and by using BoneYard podcast as a springboard.
Your goal, after analyzing the primary sources of the case, as well as outside interviews and any other material you can find, and the podcast in its entirety,  is to argue whether or not you believe Schofield’s case was handled in a just manner (ask yourself– was there enough evidence to convict him? Was there bias, malpractice, or improper handling of evidence? Should Schofield have been convicted based on the facts presented at court? I would also like for you to consider the justice system’s role in his verdict. Do you feel that our justice system is imperfect? How might these imperfections have led to Schofield’s’ conviction or the presentation of the case in general?
In a formal (3rd person point of view) 5-10 page research paper, analyze the case presented in the podcast. Determine your belief on the handling of the case– was Schofield’s conviction justifiable? Your paper must use a minimum of 5 sources (3 primary sources and 2 other sources in addition to the podcast)
Your papers MUST BE IN MLA FORMAT. This means you should have in-text citations as well as have a work’s cited page at the end of the paper.
Also, your papers must be double-spaced, in Times New Roman font size 12, and include both a header and page numbers.
