3. once you have done the annual training plan you will need to produce a 800 word justification for the design of the plan considering the following :
– how you developed the structure ( including the factors/ variables you were required to address)
– why you have constructed it the way that you have ( use the literature)
– explain how to navigate the plan with clear explanation of content
– articulate how the plan can be safely and automatically followed to achieve peaking for the main training goal
