Instrumentation & Data Collection

Note: In-text reference citations and the reference list can be typed in smaller font than the rest of
the slides, but these entries must be readable.
General Tips

The PPT presentation should cover the NAP project. I typically don’t dictate an exact number of
slides but a general rule of thumb is one slide per minute (approximately 10-15 slides); however, if
you use more slides to show certain details, you could have more. As long as your presentation
doesn’t run over 15 minutes, you should be fine. (
Note:
35 is too many!)

The presentation itself should last no less than 10 minutes but no longer than 15 minutes.

Avoid putting too much information on each slide, and remember to use a large enough font so that
everybody can see.

Avoid distracting or hard to see color schemes. The presentation should be aesthetically pleasing.
Use the Community Health Needs Assessment Project Guidelines to address each of the following elements
in your PPT presentation. Refer to a few key points about each element.
➢Educational & Ecological Assessment– Predisposing, Enabling, & Reinforcing Factors
➢Instrumentation & Data Collection
