This module discusses materials from Ch 10 – Ch 11. Students should use notes and readings from the text as a guide to answer the following questions:
1. If you were writing a history of terror and the United States, what actions would you identify as mistakes in U.S. foreign policy? If the U.S. or the West had done things differently, would jihadi terrorism targeting the U.S. and the West exist anyway?
2. How important do you think the killing of Osama bin Laden was on the war on terror? Explain your reasoning.
Students must post one initial post responding to the question(s) asked, and two posts responding to classmates (a total of three posts).
