This assignment is a reflection on a group project I had for my leadership class. My group was formed by 4 people (me and 3 others). It is an online class so our way of communication was through WhatsApp. All the group members had good communication, everybody gave their ideas and opinions, and we were able to work together without any problems. The group project was about “Students will work in a team to develop a team-building game relevant to their profession. The team must assign roles, establish a communication plan, set meeting times (if needed), and coordinate the completion of the final project.” I have uploaded the group project document that we worked on.

After the final project is submitted, each team member will independently write a reflection on how the team progressed through the Forming, Norming, Storming, and Performing Model and synthesize the material in the textbook with its relationship to the teamwork. In addition, students should reflect on the virtual team experience including the challenges and how the team worked to overcome them.
