Hello! So my assignment was to create a comic and I need to have a paper going along with it. My comic follows a monk based off of “Shiva as Chandrashekhar”.
The monk, like shiva, strikes different yoga poses and sends energy off into the universe. You dont have to call specific refrence to my comic in the paper.
While not a opinion piece, stuff that was interesting about the details of the 4 works of art you may have picked, all revolving around “Shiva as Chandrashekhar”, could be talked about.
Some things to talk about in the essay would be who Shiva was, his significance to the people that worshiped them (historical background/cultural background), the Iconography of Shiva, and it might be a good idea to touch on the topic of Karma, what it is, and how it relates to Shiva.
