The culminating project for this course is the development of a Literacy Toolbox. This project requires you to organize the artifacts that you have already developed and purposefully select additional strategies and resources that will assist you in delivering instruction in reading.
At a minimum, your Literacy Toolbox must meet the following criteria:
Be digital or physical.
Include a table of contents that identifies the location of each item.
Reflect an explicit organizational method.
Include 10 Reflective Journal entries ( needs to be completed, attatched)
Include 5 Lesson Plans (completed lesson plans are attatched)
Include 10 instructional strategies/resources specific to providing or aiding reading instruction.
Each instructional strategy or resource must be accompanied by a short paragraph that addresses the purpose of the strategy, the reading component it supports, and the context for its use.
