Overview
While strategic analysis and management reports are a precursor to taking strategic action, often such reports lie on a shelf and collect dust. Any strategic management effort needs champions who can clearly and concisely explain the plan. Further, the champions must persuade others to actively support the plan. In this assignment, you will create and deliver a persuasive presentation related to the analysis and recommendations you made in your strategic management report.

Create a 4-6 minute narrated video presentation that offers an executive summary of your 5-2 Strategic Management Report. Your audience for the presentation is the top leadership within your chosen organization. In your presentation, address the following:
The key strategic issue you identified for your organization.
How you think the organization should address this issue, which should include how you would use strategic communication (steps 6 and 9).
Persuading your audience why addressing the issue you have identified is so critical, and why they should implement your recommendations to address it.
You may use any software to create your presentation. The presentation should show your slides and you giving your presentation. Below are two recording options to consider:

Watch at least five (5) presentations posted by your classmates.
Respond to at least two (2) of your classmates’ presentations and cite course readings in your response. Response ideas:

Pose a clarifying question (e.g., What did you mean by…, Why did you say…, What criteria did you use…, What was your intention…, What is the connection…, What were your assumptions…?).
