Create a narrated video presentation of 10-12 slides and at least 8 minutes on a solution to your community issue using Kotter’s Change Model.
The presentation should follow the outline provided for your final paper.
Do not read your script and use bullet points representing key points as you discuss them.
Include graphics and images to provide impact and present your solution professionally.
Upload your completed final project to YouTube. Create an UNLISTED video and then post a link to the discussion area for your peers and instructor to review.
In your post, include an introduction to your presentation for context.

Include a one paragraph introduction to your presentation in your initial post. Your secondary peer evaluations should be 1-2 substantive paragraphs.
Presentation must include 10-12 slides, and be at least 8 minutes in length.
You must use a minimum of 9 outside resources. These could be primary sources (such as interviews) or secondary sources (such as scholarly journals, professional and government websites, local news articles, and books). Secondary sources must be evaluated.
Any photo, video, or other image used that is not created by the student must be cited.
Must include a reference slide in APA format.
