I HAVE ADDED MY PAPER AND THE FOLLOWING NEEDS TO BE ADDED IN AND PUT TOGETHER.
B

I HAVE ADDED MY PAPER AND THE FOLLOWING NEEDS TO BE ADDED IN AND PUT TOGETHER.
By Thursday, 11:59 PM April 11, submit a draft of your program evaluation design to your peers that are part of this group discussion board. This is the fifth milestone before you submit your final program evaluation design.
Students should submit detailed section content and references to be reviewed and provide reviewers as much as possible to work off of and provide feedback, including ensuring APA and length guidelines are followed. Students should use the opportunity to improve the overall framing and main components of their paper, as well as writing and grammar.
Here are the components of the Program Evaluation Design and what the draft should reveal to you in each section:
Description of the Agency and Program.  (agency description,  who its clientele are, description of staff and the program, and an explanation as to why the program is being evaluated–this is important!)
Specification of the Program Evaluation Design (What type of design from the book is being employed?  Why was the particular design chosen?  Why is it a good fit for the agency? How are you addressing cultural responsiveness, equity, and reducing bias? Projected costs and timeline.)
Participants (Who will the data be collected from?  Inclusion/exclusion criteria?)
Measures (What instruments will be used to collect data or what existing data will be examined?  How will you ensure this measurement instrument is culturally responsive? What are the psychometrics or fit of the instrument for the program?)
Procedures (Who will collect the data?  When?  How?  Where? and describe the data collection procedures)
Strengths/Limitations (What the strengths of collecting the data this way?  What are the limitations?)
Reference Page (APA format)
Grammar/Spelling
In addition to posting your draft, consider what kind of feedback you want to receive. Would you want someone to look over your reference page carefully for any careless mistakes you might have made?  Would you want to make sure that you didn’t forget or overlook any procedures?  That you identified all of the limitations that your design might contain?  That you have adequately described your participants?  That your effort is well organized and reads easily? If you feel you are struggling in a particular section, or if you want reviewers to examine a particular section. then bring it to their attention.
Your draft submission should be a Microsoft Word document in order to facilitate ease of commenting. After submitting your draft, identify the two peers’ work you will review.  Please post a short comment on the two peer drafts you are going to review (example: “Looking forward to providing you feedback”). This will ensure 1) people know who is reviewing theirs and who they can expect feedback from, and 2) you can look for a peer that needs reviewers for the activity and ensure everyone has at least two reviewers. The peers you review and that review you should not be the same.
