For The assignment, I was required to interview an entrepreneur and write a report about
their entrepreneurial mindset. You should draw upon the literature from the module when
discussing the interview findings and analysis. You must also relate your findings from my interview to the
week 17 content (pre-recorded interview and workshop interviews (attached)).The aim of the research report is to demonstrate your ability to apply theoretical concepts to practical examples, as well as showing your ability to engage with critical analysis. There is also a reflective section where you can consider your own entrepreneurial mindset and its development. Higher marks will be achieved by showing that you can make connections between theory and practice, articulating your research approach clearly, and critically reflecting upon your own experience and
mindset.

Submission Instructions
Submissions should be uploaded in Word format. Your text should be size 12 in an easy-
to-read font (such as Times New Roman, Arial, or Calibri). You should use Harvard referencing for
in-text citations and your reference list/bibliography.
Excellent work will make strong, well-articulated, and well-supported arguments and provide a strong rationale for the data collection and analysis methods. There will be strong links made between the research interview, week 17 interviews, and the academic literature within the analysis and discussion. A comprehensive understanding of both theoretical and practical perspectives of entrepreneurial mindset are demonstrated. The report includes a critical reflection of your own entrepreneurial mindset and its development (before, during, and after the module). The report will be excellently presented with a clear focus and logical structure, making it easy to read and follow. References and citations are present and correct.
