the following is the grading criteria, what needs to be included in the proposal

the following is the grading criteria, what needs to be included in the proposal. i dont mind if you write it from scratch but please include my personal experience with my mom and family members who have schizophrenia. add that i will search for interviews with people who are diagnosed schizophrenics. make sure to include the hunches, who the audience is controversies and everything listed below. i like your writing style. follow the paper format of the sample proposal paper.
Research Question has been revised and clarified -Begin your proposal with the best version of your research question that you have at this point.
Controversies have been identified-What controversies tend to emerge when your issue is publicly discussed/debated, and are there groups or individuals who have established clear positions around this issue that have been documented and made available?
Historical, social, cultural perspectives are described-what historical, social, and cultural perspectives are you aware of that surround your topic?
Audience needs, beliefs, and/or values are identified-Thinking beyond your peers and your teacher, which reader(s) could your project address? What do those readers need, believe, and value? What kinds of evidence do they find convincing?
Project’s purpose is explained-Why do you care about this issue, and why do (or should) others care about it as well?
Hunches are included-Where do you think you will find the best information? What fields of study will you likely need to focus on as you conduct your research? Who is considered to be an “expert” in these fields? Where will you need to look in order to find the best, most trustworthy secondary information (published studies, usually available in academic journals) about your question? Where will you find the best first-hand information on this problem? Think about a primary research tactic—an interview, survey, or observation, for instance, that you might use as you pursue answers to your question.
Final draft is carefully edited
