In this section you should describe, in narrative format, your unit’s overall effectiveness.
Specifically, you should discuss how you analyzed and evaluated each student’s performance
within the unit and how your students’ performance progressed as compared to measurable
learning goals. Consider to what extent overall learning was demonstrated for specific students
and for the whole class. Describe how well outcomes matched the goals of the unit. Reflect on
what factors within the unit or classroom may have influenced these outcomes. After you have
provided a clear explanation of your analysis of your students’ achievement, include in this
section a discussion of how you would modify your lessons based on what you learned about
the students? Data should be presented graphically. Include the student achievement chart or
a graphic representation of effectiveness at the whole class level. Remember that this section
does NOT focus on individual students, but on the class as a whole.
