3. You must also make one (relatively brief) reference to related material in the Scott, Carter & Drury textbook.
4. You must use briefer quotations instead of long blocks of text from the paper: “Summarize briefly” does NOT mean “quote huge chunks from somebody’s discussion.” At least eighty percent of the paper must be in your own words.
5. For the final paper you must include an introduction and summary of key themes –

For the last three pages of the final paper, you must include an analysis and conclusion which should assess the respective quality and significance of the authors’ arguments stating why you agree or disagree with the articles’ claims with supporting argumentation. This will be guided by an assessment of the internal coherence of the authors’ arguments and the evidence used by the authors in support of his/her arguments.
