Of course, you cannot solve or fix these (wicked) problems, but there must be something that you are able to do within your sphere of operation – your classroom, your relationships with colleagues and students, your understanding of the requirements for meaningful employment, the extent to which you prepare yourself to be the best you can be to mitigate the challenges presented by access to education and unemployment amongst the youth.
