must have at least 3 years’ worth of 10K’s. Once you’ve made a decision on the company,
please have one person in your group email me, and cc the others in your group, your
chosen firm.

▪ Calculate/estimate the cost of equity
▪ Calculate/estimate the cost of debt
o Calculate/estimate expected FCF of your project from estimated revenue,
costs, etc.
• Determine the most likely areas of uncertainty
• Include a minimum of 4 worksheets: WACC calculation, base case, optimistic case,
pessimistic case
