Students will submit a 6-7-page reflective essay on an aspect of Texas history covered in the course. The essay is due in Blackboard and in hard copy at the time of the final exam. The reflective essay should be well written and well organized. References to the readings assigned in class should include a parenthetical page citation. Examples: (Reed, 81); (Campbell, 329). Outside research and reading should be cited in complete footnotes using the Chicago School method.
