The purpose of this assignment is for students to demonstrate their ability to apply foundational clinical judgment skills and foundational nursing knowledge through the development of a professional paper focused on the concept problem for the patient. The paper will integrate scientific findings pertaining to an individual patient’s health complications, identify importance of interprofessional collaboration in the patient’s healthcare, and incorporate evidence-based nursing interventions to improve health outcomes. 
The paper should include a minimum of three (3) current references within last five years to support evidence-based practice. The paper should follow APA formatting with a title page and reference page. An abstract is NOT required for this assignment. Please refer to the email you received for the case study scenario to use for your individual clinical judgment concept assignment.
