o The assessment movements that are included in the training plan should have their percentages of maximum calculated in the training plan. An example of this is if the athlete is lifting 70% of their maximum on the bench press, which is 250lb., then percentage and the weight (175lb.) should be included. (e.g., Bench press @ 70% = 175lb.).
o Periodization method should be identified and a brief explanation on why the method was chosen.
• Format the assignment in APA. Use the Liberty Writing Style Guide for reference.
• The periodization method, initial strength and power assessment, and physical characteristics should all have at least one citation from peer-reviewed research.
• Acceptable sources are peer-reviewed research.
