-graduated college in 2023 with a Bachelor of Science in Biology
-was uncertain of my career path upon graduation
– experience working in healthcare as a medical assistant in a dermatology office for 2.5 years during my time in college
– after graduation i got a job in medical sales to explore the business side of healthcare. worked in that for 8 months
– decided my skills align better with patient care rather than sales
-went from uncertainty in the PA career path to certainty through my education, hands on patient care work experience as well as the business side healthcare work experience.
– was able to see how positively compassionate care can impact patients
– i struggled with chronic acne, stomach problems, and mystery rashes during my senior year of college. i found an amazing PA who helped diagnose my issues and treatthem while listening to all of my concerns.
