Pick a country outside of the United States/North American and one that is not of your heritage and do the following: Gather an overview of the culture and some of their values and beliefs within the family unit. Pick one holiday tradition or belief that is practiced in this country. Discuss this tradition and how you feel it affects the people of that country’s everyday life. How are religious beliefs in this country similar or different to your own beliefs? Discuss the differences in the values and beliefs of your chosen country and your own values and beliefs, where do you think these similarities and differences come from? (Should be at least 2 paragraphs and 1 summarizing.)
Unless noted in the syllabus, this course requires that all DBs, papers, projects, etc. be submitted using APA writing style. Strict perfection with citation is not expected; a demonstrated legitimate attempt to do it correctly is expected. If there is no attempt at in-text citation plus a reference section or if there is use of direct quotes / verbatim information from any source the earned score will be 0. Be sure to paraphrase rather than use direct quotes. For outside sources, the APA in-text citation should be placed just after the paraphrase. There should be a reference section at the end of your essay with references to match your in-text citatio
