Logic module
The purpose of this assignment is to provide students with the opportunity to describe and analyze an organizational, community, or population-level leadership and/or systems issue and to develop a written plan for addressing the issue through synthesis and application of selected relevant course content. The scope of this assignment is limited to planning. Students are not required to actually implement or evaluate the plan, however, the plan must provide for evaluation of project/program activities/outputs and outcomes.
Three tangible work products are required as outlined.  Students may submit as them separate documents or a single pdf.  After reviewing the assignment instructions, rubric and executive summary exemplar, review the assignment requirements below. A completed sample checklist, change summary graphic and a second executive summary which have also been provided.  The
Executive Summary should address each of the elements or questions outlined in the logic model. The discussion should include a “skeleton” budget that provides for any key resource requirements necessary for achievement of the proposed project/program goals. The length of papers will vary but strive for precision, clarity, and brevity just as you would if you were actually preparing a proposal to present to the executive leadership team in your organization or key stakeholder groups in your community/community of interest. The Executive Summary must be 7th ed. Basic Professional APA style. Please use APA module to assist with formatting.
