Throughout the last two weeks of class, you started developing a thematic unit. You will finalize the unit this week by developing plans for five more learning activities. You will also reflect on developmental domains and review key ideas about the early childhood curriculum concepts you learned in this course. Creating this unit and reflecting on these ideas will solidify your understanding of the information learned throughout this course.

Read Chapter 11: Language, Literacy, and Language Arts
Locate your copy of the ECE Learning Activities template from Week 4. You are required to use this template for your assignment. (The template is all you are required to submit. No additional paper is needed.)
In your assignment, answer each area of the template to
Develop a learning activity for mathematics related to your theme.
Develop a learning activity for music and movement related to your theme.
Develop a learning activity for science/sensory related to your theme.
Develop a learning activity for language and literacy related to your theme.
Develop a learning activity for creative arts related to your theme.
Describe how you determined which activities to include in your thematic learning unit.
Reflect on what you learned from your teacher interview and how you applied that information to planning this thematic learning unit.
Describe how physical development is supported by the activities you developed.
Describe how cognitive development is supported by the activities you developed.
Describe how creativity is supported by the activities you developed.

Must be five to six double-spaced pages in length (not including title and references page and formatted according to APA Style as outlined in the Writing Center’s APA Formatting for Microsoft Word
Must include a title page containing the following:
Title of assignment in bold font
Space should appear between the title and the rest of the information on the title page
Student’s name
Name of institution (University of Arizona Global Campus)
Course name and number
Instructor’s name
Due date
