Thesis: Caeser, in the movie Rise of the Planet of the Apes, is an independent p

Thesis: Caeser, in the movie Rise of the Planet of the Apes, is an independent practical reasoner.
STEP ONE: Using the first 80 pages of DRA, take a position on this thesis. Use two qquotes from the book. Define key terms, state your reasons for your position—for or against—and give examples with time stamps from the movie.
Note Well: you cannot answer this question without some quotes/discussion of DRA pp 63-83 in relation to earlier parts of the book and earlier concepts.
Format: 800 words (no less than 750, no more than 850). Thesis driven. All papers should have an introduction and conclusion. No bibliography needed—does not count toward word count.
1.    Always record the name of your writing name tutor so I can request them for other students in the future.
1.    Always use the active voice. (I drove the car versus the car was driven by me—make your subject clear!)
2.    Do not start your paper with “Throughout history…,” or “Most philosophers say…”
1.     That is, focus on the text. Write about specific people, places, events, ideas, etc.
2.     Avoid unnecessary generalizations
3.    Please use “I” (but only when needed. You can write, I believe that we need to stop investing in oil to stop climate change; but it’s much easier and clearer to write we need to stop…)
4.     Do not use the word “there” unless specifying a place. (There is a reason for not using “there” except to refer to place. The reason for not using there is that, otherwise, the subject/agent of the sentence is hidden and wordiness reigns.)
5.     Do not use “it is,” “it is the case,” “there are,” etc.
6.     Cut all adverbs, all words ending in “ly.”
7.     Never use words or phrases like these since they are meaningless. (When in doubt, cut it out!)
