What solutions were proposed to resolve the issues faced? What resistance was met to the proposed solutions? Are there any other issues that should be considered? Where was the company at the end of the case? Your analysis of the situation the company faces at the end of the case. Your recommendations for the actions the company should take to move forward from their position at the end of the case. Recommendations must be supported by your analysis of the case. Format Each page of your paper MUST include the title of the paper and the page number. Use the header/footer function in Microsoft Word to insert the required information at the top right corner, starting with the title page as page 1. Other requirements: 5-7 typewritten pages The title page, references and any figures or graphs will not be considered as part of the page requirement. Double spaced 11-pt. Calibri font 1” margins Proper citations and bibliography are necessary if outside references are used. Considerations Some of these cases are older. While some technology discussed in the cases is obsolete, the operating and supply chain issues are still relevant today. Emphasis should be placed on your analysis and recommendations. These are the most important elements in this assignment. You may be able to do research online to determine how the company resolved the situation in the case. However, I do not care what the company did. (They may, or may not, have made the best decision.) I am looking for how you analyze the situation and make recommendations from that analysis.
