Writing Sample Instructions:
Submit a clean, well edited sample of the FIRST TWO paragraphs (introduction and first body paragraphs per the format in the cheat sheet). Writing sample must follow the essay structure in the Cheat Sheet, be correctly MLA formatted (1st page of an MLA Sample Paper). Download MLA Sample Paper). and be a well edited, clean read (no typos, errors) to receive FULL credit. This is not a rough, unedited draft submission assignment nor an editing service. If paper is unreadable due to being unedited, it will be returned with no feedback and points will be deducted. I will NOT be editing but only offering some gentle, helpful feedback. This is a great way to transition from English 100 intro writing to an advanced writing class. Please go back after the writing sample has been assessed and carefully read my revision comments. When composing the final essay, please make ALL revision corrections as noted on the writing sample on the final essay. I WILL BE COMPARING BOTH THE WRITING SAMPLE WITH THE FINAL ESSAY WHEN GRADING.
