(authors names are Fischer and Corcoran) Review the various measures that can be used in a clinical practice and select one. Administer and score the measure – over a period of time – at least 5 times over a period of a least three weeks (once a week would be better). You can administer it to yourself or someone else you know. The choice of instruments and subject is completely up to you.
Write a brief report. Include the following information:
the name of the measure you used
what it is supposed to measure
the validity and reliability statistics
the time frame for administration (e.g. did you take the test once a day for 4 days or every other day or
once a week for 4 weeks)
the 5 scores obtained (in the order they occurred)was there a change in scores over time?
•what do you think the change (or lack of change) means
