In the era of globalization and international academic exchanges, an increasing number of students are choosing to pursue their education degrees in the United States, particularly through specialized programs tailored for international students. These programs offer a wealth of academic resources and support services aimed at fostering students’ cultural adaptation and professional development in the American context (Lewthwaite, 1996). This paper seeks to explore how international education programs in the field of education support international students’ cultural adaptation in the United States and analyze their performance in the American job market post-graduation. By focusing on a case study of the International Education Master’s Program (ITGL) at Johns Hopkins University (JHU), this study will examine the characteristics of these programs, the support services and resources they provide, and analyze students’ cultural adaptation, psychological well-being, and career planning and development in the United States. This research aims to provide empirical evidence for the improvement and development of international education programs in the field of education, offering support and guidance for international students’ success in the American workplace and society.
