You are required to read the trade paperback, THINK AGAIN: The Power of Knowing

You are required to read the trade paperback, THINK AGAIN: The Power of Knowing What You Don’t Know by
Adam Grant. Then, answer the questions below integrating an application of the author’s perspective, the
textbook, and your personal vision on management. The eight questions will comprise minimally 2000 words
(Note: If your paper is less than 2000 words you will receive an automatic reduction in points relative to your
submission.) Your responses to below questions need to integrate the language and theories of the course.
Additionally, you are required to quote from each book, THINK AGAIN: The Power of Knowing What You Don’t
Know and Essentials of Contemporary Management, 9th edition, for each question with a full sentence using
an exact quote. There are 16 TWO Full sentence quotes (8 from Grant and 8 from the text) that will need to
span the books from at least 8 different chapters from both books. The value of each TWO full sentence
quote is 18 points if it is supported with APA citations (Author, Title, Edition, Year, and Page) and it supports
your response. Partially quoted sentences or quotes with no citations earn zero points. Expect to earn zero
points, if you use a different book from the required textbook or Think Again and quotes cannot be found with
page numbers provided in citations.
Here is an example of APA for our textbook: Use quotation marks to identify the full sentence quotes.
Then, follow with the source. (Jones/George, Essentials of Contemporary Management, 7e, p.243). Use the
same format for Think Again.
Submit your work by attaching a file in the course under Chapter 11. If your file will not open, it is unreadable,
or the wrong paper, it will be marked “0”. There are no do overs. Ask in advance for help or clarity. A deduction
of half points if question responses are not numbered and in order. Points will be awarded when they relate to the
question and chapter of textbook. You may email this work in an attachment only if there is a technical problem
with D2L at the time it is due. NO late work accepted. Do your own work. Plagiarism Detection Software is being
used in the course. Use APA citations. If 25% or more of your paper is from other sources, then it is not authentic,
and there will be a significant reduction in points. If citations are not used correctly, you have plagiarized. Writing
