This proposal is the first part of a capstone project- see below for additional context:
Written Ethics and Compliance Program You will be responsible for submitting a fully developed ethics and compliance program at the end of the quarter for an organization/industry that is approved by me. The written Ethics and Compliance Program should likely range from 15 to 20 pages (not counting appendices, if any) and is due during finals. Please use the eight elements of an effective compliance program as the basis for the development of your program.
