It hurts and won′t stop, and I can′t move my thumb. Sometimes I hear the sound of my thumb bone when I′m writing or carrying something heavy. Any incorrect movement begins with numbness and severe pain. On Wednesday, I relied on my left hand because it did not hurt me, but it was of no use. The limbs also began to feel numb due to the intense pressure. My practical method was to work on Wednesday, and when the muscle started to get tired and started to go numb, the hand became stiff even after a period of rest, wait a bit. The pain begins to disappear and gradually decreases. I go back to work and do my job and the pain starts. I take a break and start working, and so on… Even after the last chance, I felt numbness and strong, sharp pain. After I was waiting to pick up the small boxes, or light boxes, it unexpectedly hit me in the middle of my hand and hit it with an unspontaneous force. I massaged the area and waited for the pain and numbness in the extremities to disappear. The most painful period was 25-30 minutes, but I only left my workplace out of physical necessity when I needed water with ice or to go to sanitation!
