This project is the culmination of your knowledge of human resource management coupled with scholarly evidence. You will be responsible for two deliverables, a written component and an individual presentation via video. This is designed to allow you to utilize many of the tools and skills developed throughout the semester. This project cannot be the same as your group project.
This is an individual project where you will select an area of HRM, i.e. (diversity, leadership, recruitment), and an organization, you will convey how that aspect of your selection is run throughout the company, how it was run 20 years ago and presently run. Communicate the changes, the errors and how the consumers and/or employees adapt to said environment. Please use supporting evidence. Be sure to use APA 7 format, and cite your references!
Deliverables:
Final paper 5 pages in length not inclusive of references.
Oral presentation via video conveying your project, your findings throughout the project and why you selected this topic. Your oral video presentation should be a minimum of 3-5 minutes.
