the conversation with a colleague, a supervisor, a patient, the patient’s
family? Reflect upon what made the situation/conversation difficult. Was it the
message itself that made the conversation difficult? Or the intent of the
message? Was the message clear? Kind? Honest?
Please create an infographic using Canva, or you may use a
Power Point slide or a Word document. The infographic should be 1-2 pages in
length, excluding the title and References pages.
On your infographic, address the following:

On the infographic, summarize the communication
process; were you the sender, what was the message, what was the channel, who
was the receiver, what was the response? Refer to pages 267-268 in your text.

On the infographic, identify the factors that
influenced the communication. Which factors influenced the conversation that

improvement/enhancement would you recommend in hindsight? Could the employment
of therapeutic communication techniques improve the conversation? Consider the
therapeutic communication techniques described on pages 275-276 of your text.
