The enclosed change decision pack. In any given month across every project, there are approximately 2-15 changes. Some of them are withdrawn, some assessed but not recommended by the assessors, some have no objections. There are various assessments (see the enclosed pack). Similarly, when the decisions are made, some are conditionally approved while others may be rejected. The dates are tracked, i.e., when a change is initiated, assessed, decided, etc. Some changes are processed quick while others take longer.
Please propose a 1-page Change Report to be issued to the Executive Director of each project.
The report needs to have relevant tables, graphs etc.
The report needs to provide process related information (timeliness of changes, etc.) and on content (what sort of changes are repetitively occurring, trends, etc.)
The report needs to highlight positives and areas for improvement.
