The only source you need is Hammurabi’s Code, and just use quotes from the Code as evidence to back up the claim. Preferably write about how they were not treated equally, but I’ll take either side at this point. Cite everything as (Laws, #) with the # being the law number.
You may need to analyze the relational nature betwen the various classes, between the rich and the poor as well as between men and women. How did the laws impact the daily lives of women as compared to men?
