Each group will select a health challenge in consultation with the instructor before writing the first section of the health program plan. Section 1 will include the following parts, which should be clearly labeled in the paper:

Part C: Description of the factors associated with or causing the health challenge
C1: Include factors under social ecological model levels of the individual (genetics), individual (behaviors), and interpersonal

Part D: Discussion of previous interventions that have addressed the health challenge and any evidence-based strategies/best practices recommended for intervention

So I am foucusing on the Bronx, New York. You have to focus on a specific neighborhood in the bronx. After that you have to see how is hiv/aids is being transmited wheater that be thorugh sexual intercourse or needles/drugs. Then you have to tailor the program to combat that.
