Incorporate your private problems and social factors papers, along with a discus

Incorporate your private problems and social factors papers, along with a discussion of the remaining gaps in the care of diabetes and your suggestions for social policies and initiatives for improving the lives of people with diabetes Type 2. Your paper should consist of the following:
An introduction designed to grab the attention of the reader and give them a map of what you will do in your paper.
A discussion of the challenges you would face as a single African American with Type 2 diabetes living in the inner city prior to the passage of the Affordable Care Act from your private problems paper edited to address my comments on your private problems paper and to flow smoothly as part of your final paper, with appropriate transitions to other parts of your paper.
A discussion of the social policies and transformations of care improving the situation for diabetics from your social factors, similarly edited to address my comments on your social actors paper and to flow smoothly as part of your final paper, with appropriate transitions to other parts of your paper.
A discussion of remaining current gaps in access to insurance and good care.
A conclusion summarizing what you have said your paper and suggesting policies and transformations in care which could improve life for people living with Type 2 diabetes.
Expected approximate length: 7 double-spaced typed pages, not including references.
2-point penalty for any paper longer than 9 double spaced pages, not including references.
Your paper should cite all of the sources you use and include a reference section with a bibliography of all your sources. Any consistent format which allows me to find your sources is acceptable for your bibliography.
I grade on whether you have addressed all of the required issues and explored them rather than on length alone. So a good paper may be a bit shorter than the expected length provided that it addresses all of the required issues and explores them.
Be sure to proofread your paper before you submit it, looking for typos and repetitions and making sure that it flows well. This is best done after laying your paper aside for a while because if you proofread immediately after you finish writing it, you may see only what you expect to see and not notice typos and other problems with your paper.
You are required to review & use the resources that I have published in the “Resources for Diabetes Term Paper” in writing your paper and you can write a very good paper based only on these resources. You may, however, bring in outside resources, including your personal experiences or the experiences of people you know and/or materials from other sources, but you are not required to do so. If you use personal experiences, for privacy reasons, make sure that you do not include anything that could identify the person. If you use other sources, make sure that you include enough information in your bibliography for me to be able to find your source.
