Instructions:
You will design a half-day professional development module to be delivered to your staff over one or two of the topics of this course. Choose from the following:
Application of Learning Theory to the Classroom
Differentiated Instruction
Understanding by Design
Culturally Responsive Teaching, or
Combination of Two Topics
You may present the PD using a PowerPoint, a Prezi, Canva, or another visual tool, but the module must include activities that engage the staff during a three-hour session. In your presentation, include clearly stated learning objectives for the faculty audience, an agenda, interactive activities, related videos, and a method for attendees to evaluate their learning. You may do a voice-over PPT, or include notes to explain what you as a presenter will be doing. Alternatively, you may design a comprehensive PD plan with all activities detailed. All work must be your original work.
