you can only work with the literature available online, but I’ll be checking
and grading not

what you wrote, but also about what you did not. Chapter 9 of your text
(uploaded here)
introduces
phylogenetic patterns, and that can mean populations, not just species level
variation.
Then, as you
explore the primary literature and put the story together, present the big
picture of how
your species
fits within a community of organisms; the ecological components and gene flow –
(or
connectivity)
among (meta)populations. You should be citing a minimum of 10 (primary
literature)
papers in the
final work. Don’t be a minimalist.
