– Choose an existing company. The best choice would be a(n) (international)

– Describe and analyze the current business model of this company using secondary
data sources. Make conclusions on the sustainability of the current BM
– Create two future scenarios for the company considering its changing environment.
– Choose one most probable scenario (give arguments supporting your choice) and
develop an adjusted BM that will allow the company to capture value and gain
competitive advantage in the forecasted situation.
